This package includes exclusive access to the indoor space of SE7EN Event Center. It is the only option available if any guests are under the age of 21, as it does not include access to the outdoor areas of the resort.

$40/hour
2-hour minimum
- While we are an adults-only resort, guests under 21 - including children - are permitted in our indoor event center since outdoor access will be locked. Please see below for guidelines regarding outdoor areas.
- Includes access to small indoor kitchen (oven/cooktop, three-compartment sink, microwave, full-size fridge, and small freezer)
- Does not include any outdoor access
- Tables, chairs, and table cloths are not included in this price (see rental pricing below)
Friday-Sunday Pricing
$55/hour

• Our indoor space can fit up to 7 round tables (60" round tables) and are available to rent for $10.00/table
• We also have 3 medium rectangle tables (6' long) and 1 large rectangle table (8' long) for $10.00/table
• We have white tablecloths available to rent for $15.00/tablecloth
